WeCare
How can ICT improve social network of older people and prevent loneliness and isolation? This is the challenging question the WeCare project will answer to. The WeCare project is funded by AAL, the European union, ZonMW, Tekes, Enterprise Ireland and ISCIII and by the project partners.
Our Goal
By setting up and activating their social networks, older people are empowered and more active in their environment. They contribute to and receive from their social network. This results in a higher social implication and efficient safety net.
